**Position description**:
Enhancing the sales of the assigned territory by ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives at the ground level in the defined territory

SDE works along with VSO and ASM to ensure the execution of the following in the market. SDE will need to work the market 4 days in a week.

SDE's overall work will be governed using the SDE app. Ability to effectively deliver results ,working with cross functional teams is a very important skill required.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the beats are optimised wherein the minimum number of outlets is 40, and maximum is 60. Also, beats must not be overlapped, or jumped
- SDE will be responsible to ensure that the beat targets are achieved
- Optimising the routes for RSP's in the rural areas
- Outlet wise targets to be followed using RFM logic, i.e. Recency, Frequency, Monetary
- Responsible for achieving the value targets of KAI
- Responsible for achieving the bill cuts targets assigned for KAI
- Achievement of visibility, i.e. merchandising targets for the assigned KAI
- Ensuring 100% achievement of RED targets for RSSM's
- Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the mandays to ensure consistency in productivity
- To check and monitor the RSSM's as per the infrastructure budgets
- Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check
- Answering of Trade queries
- Visits key outlets once every 15 days
- Responsible for regular service to key outlets
- Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of RS & SS
- Reduction in attrition of FF
- Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD
- Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS
- Needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis.
