osition Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough, whole grain, French baguettes, and specialty loaves, following established recipes and techniques.
- Mix and knead dough by hand or using commercial equipment, ensuring proper consistency and texture.
- Monitor proofing and fermentation processes to achieve optimal rise and flavor development.
- Shape dough into desired forms, such as boules, batards, baguettes, and rolls, with careful attention to aesthetics and presentation.
- Operate baking equipment, including ovens, proofers, and mixers, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, batch sizes, and baking times to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate bread production schedules and meet service demands.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in bread baking techniques and ingredients, seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of baking supplies and ingredients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bread Baker or similar role, preferably in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of bread baking techniques, including dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
