Salon Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor for our reputed Salon in New BEL Road, Bangalore:
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing day to day operations

Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards

Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment

Keep updated records of costs and revenues

Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor or similar level
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- Great communication skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Salon/Spa: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
- Kannada (preferred)
