Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Essence Buildware Pvt Limited, a leading company in the tiles industry. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our range of products. Your expertise in graphic design, industry knowledge, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in driving our visual communication efforts.

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Work Time: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and design objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, website assets, social media promotions, and more by using Industry standard design software.
- Ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and design standards of Essence Buildware Pvt Limited.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to understand customer needs and incorporate their feedback into design iterations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, effectively conveying the intended message and visual aesthetic.
- Work closely with print vendors and production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into physical marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the tiles industry or related sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, understand customer requirements, and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various marketing materials is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, demonstrating a range of design styles and capabilities is required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.91 - ₹30,000.34 per month
