**Job Description**:

We are seeking a passionate and self driven Performance Marketing Leader with experience in multiple online marketing channels in driving traffic, new customer acquisition, retention and growth.

**Your work will require you to**:

- Leverage paid channels to drive top funnel, customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user's journey.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, Affiliate, social & other channels.

**Expected skill sets**:

- Engineering or MBA degree would be preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance & retention marketing in high growth start-up is preferred.
- Hands on experience on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Platforms & Affiliate Networks.
- Hands on experience on tools such as Moengage, CleverTap, etc would be preferred.
- Data-driven to identify trends, insights and make decisions to improve campaign performance. Proficiency in MS Excel/Sheets and Basic SQL is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer facing industry working in targeted/database marketing, driving strategies across channels
