Job Summary: The Captain, reporting to the F B Manager, is an integral part of the F B Service team, responsible for learning and executing tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the restaurant. This role involves following established service protocols, maintaining a professional appearance, and providing excellent customer service. The Captain will assist in coordinating and overseeing service activities, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are met. Emphasis will be placed on developing leadership skills, learning effective communication, and fostering a positive dining experience for patrons.
Established Duties:
- Adhere to restaurant rules and regulations, maintaining the standards set by the establishment.
- Maintain a polished appearance in accordance with established grooming standards.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing service activities, ensuring seamless operations during meal periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience for patrons.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the dining area.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance personal and team performance.
- Strive to contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and reputation of the establishment.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or equivalent
