Recruitment Executive

**Experience Required**:1 - 2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand diverse client requirements spanning IT, ITES, and non-IT sectors.
- Collaborate closely with clients and business managers to expedite the hiring process.
- Utilize various search tools and engage in headhunting activities to target specific profiles.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to comprehend clients' business, technical, and functional needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
