We are a rapidly growing 360 Degree Agency looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our clients across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media channels, including copy, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor and manage social media communities to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and positive sentiment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and produce social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to meet clients' advertising goals and objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and report on results to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and provide recommendations to clients accordingly.
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Manage social media advertising campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Experience managing social media campaigns across various platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients in a digital agency setting is preferred
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
