**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to students to facilitate their understanding of biology concepts.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, quizzes, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and revise curriculum content and teaching methods.
- Stay informed about advancements in the field of biology and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices.
- Supervise student research projects and laboratory work.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biology or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience at the postgraduate level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of biology concepts, theories, and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a team environment.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
