As a Sales Executive for our furniture store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding customers through their purchasing journey. Your primary focus will be on selling a variety of furniture items including sofas, wardrobes, beds, and other furnishings. This role requires a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.

2. Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.

3. Provide product knowledge and information regarding features, benefits, and materials.

4. Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirements and budget.

5. Guide customers through the purchasing process, including payment and delivery options.

6. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase furniture products effectively.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

*Requirements:*

1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends preferred.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and accessing product information.

7. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store.

8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
