The Office Admin and Secretary will be responsible for the following:
1) Maintaining the job lists, assign the jobs, and mark completion of jobs in ERP

2) Prepare invoices and follow up the receivables

3) Maintaining accounts

4) Handling the petty cash and bank transactions

5) HR administration

6) Submission of reports to CEO

7) Schedule and maintain meetings of CEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
