Job Description
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
2. Ensure that manufacturing processes are in compliance with established plans, procedures, and systems.
3. Train and develop staff to perform their tasks efficiently.
4. Foster positive employee relations to maintain a harmonious working environment.
5. Maintain 3C and 5s standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to subordinates to resolve difficulties and ensure quality control.
7. Implement quality management systems and statistical process control techniques to maintain product quality.
8. Facilitate continuous improvement activities and allocate resources to support these efforts.
9. Manage industrial relations and delegate work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
10. Providing timely reports to the management pertaining to manufacturing performance, including prodution levels, quality metrices, and cost performance
**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communications or similar field
2. Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in a leadership roles
3. Experience in the wire cable and harness manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
4. Knowledge about Kizen, Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and other manufacturing process improvement process
