**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Server Engineer - Level2, you will be placed at customer location and will have to demonstrate expertise in Wintel domain area. You will be involved in troubleshooting and operational maintenance of Server Products. You are expected to work on Cisco, Dell, HP, EUS HW, Lenovo Servers, Virtualization products/solutions based on any vendor hardware /vendor operating system with little or minimum support from superiors. E.g. include: Skills on Server/ Load balancer/ Windows Server/Vmware/Linux Operating System. Typical examples of the other deliverables would be of deploying, managing and implementing Wintel solutions to address client business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, Monitor, Configure, troubleshoot and Support the Physical and Virtual Server Environment, including various platforms and vendors.
- Install, Configure, Test and Update Server Operating Systems and related server-class software and monitoring systems.
- Provides Infrastructure Support for Enterprise Applications, including meeting with Business and Application Owners to define requirements prior to project implementation.
- Design and implement new server infrastructure, as well as provide day-to-day monitoring, capacity planning and management of the existing estate.
- You will be expected to provide technical support on critical Server Infrastructure, to perform maintenance and repairs the breakdown situations.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Min. 5 Years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Supporting Server Infrastructure
- Experience in IT infrastructure projects, planning, implementation, and administration across multiple domains, as well as experience in end
- to-end IT Operations.
- Experience in support of Cisco UCS Servers / Dell Servers / Lenovo Servers / HP Servers & EUS Hardware.
- Monitoring the entire IT Infra of Servers, Storages, SAN Switches, AD, DNS CA, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, WAP, Clusters, ADFS, Time Servers etc.
- Good knowledge on VC Devices.
- Provisioning Windows Core OS Servers, Configuring basic settings and troubleshooting.
- Configure, Manage, troubleshoot CISCO UCS Infrastructure, DELL PowerEdge Servers, HPE Integrity RX9800 Servers.
- Configure, Manage Troubleshoot, HP Unix, Vmware ESXi, Linux, Windows Servers.
- Configure, Manage and troubleshoot various Server Roles as described above.
- Should be able to update/upgrade firmwares/drivers on any of this hardware and should have good experience in implementation and troubleshooting of complex issues.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- A general understanding of Networking technologies.
- Ability to lead projects related to IT changes, IT setup and new process setup by coordination with multiple arms of IT team.
- Documentation skills for generating process and procedure documents is added advantage.
- Be Part of all Technical discussions and review the changes to be implemented. Preparing Root Cause Analysis.
- Working with respective OEMs and derive the calls to resolution.
- Reporting and analysis of day-to-day tasks.
- Working with all regional DC teams and field support teams to drive the issues to closure.
