**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the UI/UX design efforts for our digital products and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned designer to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize design initiatives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development in the UI/UX field.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of UX throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and design thinking processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
