Microbiologist Trainee

Job Specification:

- Job Description:

- Sampling and Microbiological analysis of incoming raw materials and finished products in conformance with established Good Lab Practices (GLP’s) and SOPs.
- Media preparation, media disposal and sterilization.
- In-time preparation and issue of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Creating, executing and reviewing of SOPs and MOAs (Method of Analysis), pharmacopoeias and reference texts for improving analytical skills.
- Environmental monitoring of all sections of the company
- Status updation of microbial analysis result - To be updated within time frame stipulated in ERP.
- Supporting QC Manager for all QC activities and Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors.
- Water Analysis of all relevant sections of the company as per the schedule.
- Training and conducting periodic Hygiene audits of operating areas, sanitization procedures and activities to assure conformance to standards and verify effectiveness of training.
- Timely reporting of ERP related issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance department to ensure compliance with equipment maintenance and Calibration

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
