**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand by ensuring all designs align with the company's guidelines.
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas based on project requirements.
- **Motion Graphics**: Create eye-catching animations, GIFs, and short videos (if applicable).
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.
- **Tool Utilization**: Work efficiently with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Canva, and other relevant software.
- **Client Collaboration**: Translate client briefs into creative visual concepts that resonate with their goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion design and video editing software like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle constructive feedback.
- **Time Management**: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
