- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to streamline testing, training, and rollout procedures
- Maintain a pulse on the latest Workday updates, features, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within Workday ecosystem

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing Workday solutions, focusing on HR and finance modules
- Proficiency in configuring Workday modules, workflows, reports, and integrations to meet specific business needs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for translating complex requirements into practical solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Workday certification would be advantageous
