**Personal Assistant to Chief Operating officer**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Track COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments
- Organize internal and external meeting for COO, including logístical and substantive preparation
- Track and reconcile expense statements and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other admisntrators across the organization
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel including logistics
- Provide special project leadership and support as needed.
- Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
- Planning events
- Help in implementation of quality within the organisation

**Qualifications**
- MBBS, MBA
- **Hospital Operations / Clinical experience Must**:

- NABH standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- One or more years of experience in providing high-level administrative support to executives
