Guest Relation Executive

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist guests in making reservations and provide information about services and facilities.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs and preferences.
Respond to guest feedback and reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.
Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and composure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
