**Position - Site Supervisor - Civil**

**Location - Eluru, Asram**

**Experience - 2 to 3 Years**

**Reporting - Project Manager**

**Work Description**
- **Project Execution - Works**
- Engaging & managing the labor deployment
- Bill preparation of labor and material supplier
- Cost cutting without wastages in material and manpower
- Handling administrative documentation, as per company policies.
- Preparing schedule of delivery
- Monitoring the execution of site, as per specification and standards
- Quality checking the site execution as per agreed specification and BOQ
- Site coordination with various vendor and engineers
- Site measurement checking
- Taking ownership of works deployed
- Maintaining the agreed delivery schedule
- **Post Project Completion**
- Preparing and compiling the reconciliation statement & bill close out of vendor

**Education Qualification**:

- Civil Engineering - B.E, B.Tech, Diploma or ITI

**Skills Required**:

- AutoCAD
- Microsoft - Excel, Word, Power Point

**Languages**:

- English, Telugu, Hindi

**Job Experience**:

- Commercial buildings
- Hotels & Resorts
- Multistorey buildings - Residential, Institutional, Hospital etc.,
- Warehouses

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
