**Job Summary**:
The ORM Executive is responsible for managing and protecting the online reputation of the company or its clients. This role involves monitoring and responding to online reviews, managing social media presence, and ensuring that the brand's image remains positive across various digital platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Monitoring Online Presence**:
- Continuously monitor the company’s online presence on websites, social media, blogs, and forums.
- Track mentions of the brand, competitors, and relevant industry terms.
- **Responding to Reviews and Feedback**:
- Address negative reviews or comments with appropriate responses to resolve customer concerns.
- Acknowledge and thank customers for positive feedback.
- **Crisis Management**:
- Identify potential crises or issues that could harm the brand’s reputation and address them proactively.
- Develop strategies to mitigate and manage online crises.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Manage and engage with the brand’s audience on social media platforms.
- Create and post content that promotes a positive image of the brand.
- **SEO and Content Optimization**:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure positive content ranks higher in search engine results.
- Develop and implement strategies to push down negative content in search results.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on the brand’s online reputation.
- Analyze trends in online conversations and feedback to suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, PR, customer service, and legal teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners if necessary.
- **Reputation Management Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ORM strategies to protect and enhance the brand’s image.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools for online reputation management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in online reputation management, social media management, or related roles.
- Experience in crisis management is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
