**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- At least 5 to 8 Years of Citrix Experience on Xen app and Xen desktop products.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Citrix Administration with multiple sites and farms.
- Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.1811 or later), Citrix NetScaler, PVS, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning and Citrix Workspace.
- Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products.
- Should have good understanding and work experience on Provisioning services.
- Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix and Virtualization operational support.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in trouble-shooting Citrix issues in tandem with Application/Windows Operating system issues.
- Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix infrastructure patch management for multiple platforms.
- Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis and strong fundamentals Strong knowledge on Citrix and Windows.
- Experience on managing Citrix farm on VMware and scripting knowledge will be added advantage.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- One of the following Citrix certifications is preferred: Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE), Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V); Citrix Certified Expert -Virtualization (CCE-V); Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N).
- Possess a detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of Citrix technologies.
- Must have the ability to identify and in still industry best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing complex Citrix environments containing XenApp, PVS, Storefront, and other supporting technologies
- Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable business language.
- Should have experience with Windows Server OS, VMware ESX based virtualized server infrastructure.
- Team Player with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Citrix XenApp & Provisioning services work.
- Familiarity with scripting language such as Shell/Phyton.
- Familiarity with XenApp CVAD 1912 MC/DG/DDC/Storefront, Application virtualization, netscaler.
- Familiarity with Windows/Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge base of XenApp/PVS/Storefront/packaging (Vdisk Creation/Managing/Troubleshooting).Skills for Value seat for potential skill Citrix Benefits of S4V mainly to save the cost and easy to handle the activities in effective way with single umbrella/better co-ordination within the resources.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
