Job Description**:Principal SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)**

**Location**: Hyderabad, India
**Experience**: 8 + years
**Salary**: Up to ₹1.1 Lakhs per month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of test automation frameworks using **Python**, **Selenium**, and **Robot Framework**.
- Architect scalable test automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to create comprehensive test strategies that include functional, performance, and security testing.
- Drive the integration of automated tests into **CI/CD pipelines** for continuous feedback on product quality.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level SDETs in best practices for test automation and software quality.
- Proactively identify gaps in testing processes and tools, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership in defect triage meetings, driving the identification and resolution of defects.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in test automation and software quality.

**Required Skills**:

- **8 - 10 years** of experience in software testing and automation, with at least 4+ years as an SDET lead or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **Python** programming, with expertise in developing automation scripts.
- Hands-on experience with **Robot Framework** for test automation.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and **CI/CD** pipeline integrations.
- Proven ability to design and architect robust test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of **software development lifecycle** and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with **API testing** and automation tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for testing environments.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with **containerization technologies** like Docker or Kubernetes.
