1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. This includes defining customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.

2. Oversee the CRM system's overall functionality, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless integration with other business systems.

3. Analyse customer data to gain insights into customer behaviours, preferences, and needs. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences.

4. Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints and interactions with the company. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.

5. Implement personalized marketing and communication strategies based on customer data, ensuring relevant and timely interactions with customers.

7. Develop lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers and support the sales team in closing deals.

8. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer relationship management.

9. Monitor the performance of CRM initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies.

10. Implement methods to collect and analyse customer feedback to measure satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

11. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data privacy and security in all CRM activities.

12. Provide training and support to CRM system users to enhance their understanding of CRM tools and best practices.

13. Continuously evaluate CRM processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

14. Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities to inform CRM strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

15. Develop and implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and customer advocacy initiatives to foster long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
