**Responsibilities**:
**1. **New Product Development**:

- Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative Mushroom-based value-added products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.

**2. **Market Strategy**:

- Assist in developing market strategies for the successful launch and positioning of new products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.

**3. **Recipe Development**:

- Create and refine recipes for Mushroom-based products, ensuring a balance of taste, nutrition, and market appeal.
- Collaborate with culinary experts to enhance product offerings.

**4. **Product Research & Development**:

- Conduct research on emerging food technologies, ingredients, and processing methods.
- Work on improving existing products and exploring opportunities for product diversification.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Passion for food innovation and sustainable agriculture.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
