We are currently seeking a Enterprise TComm. Cnslt. to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Aperson with Cisco Voice L2/L3 analyst to manage Cisco Voice and Video infrastructure
- Immense experiance on CUCM 11.x, CUC 11.x, UCCX, VCS and CUBE
- Support VCS environment
- Installation and configuration of VCS Core, Expressway C & E
- Cisco TMS administration
- Maitenance and troubleshooting of VCS Environment
- Deploying Jabber over MRA
- Cisco Telepresence Endpoints like SX, DX and EX devices
- Cisco IPT support
- troubleshooting skills related to CUCM, Voice Gateway (MGCP, H323, SIP) including POTS & VOIP Dial Peers, SRST configurations,

IP phone/ISR/Gateway upgrades, certificate updates.
- Greater troubleshooting knowledge on CUCM, CUC and VG
- Strong knowledge on SIP, H.323, RTP & RTCP protocols & troubleshooting.
- Geolocation and logical partitions
- Configure and troubleshoot Route Lists, groups and trunks for IN & OUT calls
- Working knowledge of Monitoring/troubleshooting tools like RTMT, Dialed number analyzer, etc.
- Understanding of IP Telephony protocols
- Should have knowledge on ESXI, Vcenter upgrades.
- Troubleshooting of Cisco ISRs/Analog Gateways : FXS, FXO, and ISDN, T1/E1 PRI
- Understanding of IP Telephony protocols.
- Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices

- Hands on Experience with Cisco voice Devices & Products viz. Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express,

Cisco Unity, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco IPT.
- Minimum 5-10 Years experience in Cisco IPT & Cisco VCS Environment
- CCNP/CCIE certification will be an added advantage.
