here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team

**what you will do?**:

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative scalable solutions that leverage statistical techniques, LLMs and other generative AI architectures
- design, experiment and evaluate highly innovative models for predictive learning
- work closely with software engineering teams to drive real-time model experiments, implementations, and new feature creations
- establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, deployment, experimentation, and evaluation.
- publish and/or talk about your work at external conferences.
- stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of ML, AI, and DS.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, especially in problems in the domain of NLP, and solid experience in deep learning
- an in-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.
- demonstrated ability to build proof of concepts (PoCs) for complex, ambiguous problems and scale them up.
- strong programming skills, with a preference for python, java, or scala.
- experience of working with LLMs is good to have.
