Job Description:
A Civil Draftsman plays a crucial role in the field of civil engineering and construction. As a Civil Draftsman, your primary responsibility is to create accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by engineers and architects. You will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce precise drawings that serve as visual representations of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and plans for civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure. Utilize CAD software to create accurate representations of structures, incorporating dimensions, materials, and other relevant information.

Interpretation of Specifications: Review engineering and architectural specifications, sketches, and calculations to understand project requirements. Translate this information into clear and comprehensive drawings that can be used by construction teams and other stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that drawings align with project objectives and meet design standards. Coordinate with the team to address any design changes or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation and Organization: Maintain an organized system for storing and managing drawings, revisions, and related documentation. Ensure that drawings are properly labeled, archived, and easily accessible for future reference.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Collaborate with the project team to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices related to drafting and design. Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in drafting and design.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and 3D modeling tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
