**Job Description: - GM Constructions**
As the General Manager Constructions, the incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills, Contract exposure to ensure the successful execution of the project within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Execution**:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
**2. Team Management**:
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals, including project team, Contracts, MEP, Purchase & landscaping.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.

- **3. Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including all the consultants to ensure timely delivery of project.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.
**4. Budget and Cost Management**:
- Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs throughout the construction process.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts, providing stakeholders with accurate insights into project finances.
**5. Quality Assurance and Compliance**:
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and construction excellence.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any deviations from specifications.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, with **20 years of experience.**:
- Proven experience in managing high-end villa construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of, construction methods, materials, and building systems & Contracts Management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
