**Position: Dentist (BDS)**

Vinola Dental, a reputable dental practice located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dentist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Dentist at Vinola Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:

- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.

**Dental Procedures**:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice.

**X-rays and Diagnostics**:

- Order and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests to assess patients' dental health.

**Preventive Dentistry**:

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

**Patient Consultations**:

- Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Address patient concerns and answer queries to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant dental regulations, protocols, and infection control measures.
- Stay informed about changes in dental laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid state dental license.
- 1 to 2 years of clinical experience as a Dentist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
- Knowledge of the latest dental technologies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
