v **Education / Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma / BE - Electrical or Mechanical

v **Experience**: 4-5 Years

v **Preferred Software Knowledge**: MS Office

v **Preferred Language Proficiency (Written & Verbal)**: English, Hindi, Gujarati

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Making GRN of incoming material and authenticate of user department

2. Issue material to user department in ERP system

3. Maintain record of RET / NON RET items

4. Arrange incoming material as per location define

5. Unloading copper coil and doing in house

6. Weighment and verify material as per invoice

7. Taking stock of RM and PM

8. Making indent of received material requisition from user department

9. Verify physical stock

10. Disposal of scraps

11. Follow up for pending indent

12. Maintain daily stock sheet of RM & PM and forward to user department

13. Communication with user department regarding received material and pending material

14. Making RET/NON RET gate pass for material going outside for repairing

15. Arrange hazardous material as per define location with safety

16. Monitoring daily cleaning of floor and work station in store

17. Disposal of scrap and wastage

18. Cleaning of store packs

19. Give training to helpers regarding how to arrange incoming material and located it to specified location

20. Motivate him to improve them self

21. Controlling consumable items at issue stage

22. Implement FIFO system

23. Maintain stock

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
