Accounts Executive I Immediate Hiring

Kochi Kerala, India Analytix Fintech International Pvt Ltd Full time

**Requirements**:

- Immediate availability is a prerequisite.
- Ability to manage international accounts proficiently.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all financial activities, including accounts receivable, payable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and deliver comprehensive reports to management.
- Manage cash flow, banking operations, and optimize cash reserves.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and generate client account statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely task completion.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience required in accounting, bank reconciliation, receivables follow-up, cash flow management, banking operations, and optimizing cash reserves.
- Experience in report preparation is necessary.
- Aiming to process 15 to 20 invoices daily for customers.
- Proficiency in various types of entry passing is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing statements of accounts.
- Work experience in the Middle East region is more preferred.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books is required.
- Ability to generate financial reports is a must.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Immediate availability, preferably within 4 to 7 days, is expected.

Pay: ₹14,119.07 - ₹25,119.07 per month
