**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Salary**:_Rs.60,000/- to Rs.70,000/-_
- **Education Qualification**:_

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

MBA or CPA or CA preferred too.
- **Work Experience Required (Years)**:_6 to 8 Years

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on financial data and market insights.
- Can play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company.
- Can take responsibility for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth, and optimizing financial processes.
- **Responsibilities Deliverables**:_

**Financial Strategy**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making and business planning.

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

**Reporting and Compliance**:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and manage financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of insurance coverage.

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital and managing short-term funding requirements.

**Financing and Capital Structure**:

- Assess funding needs and explore financing options to support company growth.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.

**Financial Operations**:

- Oversee accounting, tax planning, and financial operations.
- Implement efficient financial processes and internal controls.

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
