**About the team**

**What you will be doing**

Involving in Production Support
Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures

**What you bring**:

- 3-6 years of hands-on-experience in WSO2 ,API Manager,Python
- Skills - IST, WSO2, Linux Scripting, Azure basics, DB
- Knowledge on SNOW, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure
- Good knowledge in Google API, Apigee,Zapier,TIBCO Api Manager ,IBM App Connect ,FIS Code Connect
- Provide timely and effective support for production environments, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Implement and adhere to ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, and change management.

**Added bonus if you have**:
Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
