Purpose of the Position

To establish the brand and run the business smoothly, effectively and profitably as well as ensuring that it enhances the corporate and social image

Major Areas of WorkOrganisation OperationsMarketing & sales Major Responsibility 1. Ensuring profitability in the operations. 2. Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing of new practices 3. Ensuring all operations work run efficiently and effectively 4. Visiting different malls and critically examining their model of business operations 5. Influencing clients to open kiosk in the mall and convince them to have the latest stocks as well as maintain the look and feel of the store 6. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness in the running of all employees 7. Designing and implementing effective marketing and event management strategies 8. Liaison with local Government authorities 9. Effectively programming and slotting of events and exhibitions 10. Event Management 11. Business Promotions 12. Public Relationship 13. Customer Relationship Management 14. Corporate Social Responsibility

1. Generating profits through revenues and cost control measures 2. Client satisfaction level 3. Ensure targets given for the BTL revenue are met 4. Critical Qualities 1. Eye for details 2. - Designing event calendar based on events that may suit usEnsuring events are cost effectiveEnsuring publicity of events through the right medium to generate more revenue and get more number of people and the targeted audienceEnsuring effective post event publicity through coverage in newspapers and onlineEffectively designing and running promotional eventsLiaisoning with mediaEnsure corporate social responsibility with tie ups with our NGO and other social organizations for a noble purposeContinually examining the competition as well as the latest trends in the market

Kiosk
- Prepare lease agreements with the vendorsNegotiate ratesTrack revenues of KioskClaim revenues due from vendors ReportsData collection from various revenue headsPreparing monthly MIS separately for events and exhibitionsPreparing reports based on the requirement of seniors, such as to see the trends of consumables, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
