As an Education Counselor at Amaze Classes, you will play a crucial role in guiding and counseling students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of students, providing information about our courses, and offering guidance on exam preparation strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Provide detailed information about the NEET and JEE coaching programs offered by Amaze Classes, including course structure, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Assist students in selecting the appropriate courses based on their career aspirations, academic background, and exam preferences.
- Address queries and concerns raised by students and their parents, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of competitive exams, educational trends, and changes in exam patterns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in outreach events, workshops, and seminars to promote Amaze Classes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in any stream.
- Mandatory Experience of 2 years in education counseling, preferably in the field of NEET & JEE Exams Coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of NEET and JEE exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Familiarity with Educational Software, CRM and tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
