*Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests needs
*Make reservations or appointments for guests who want to avail themselves of local entertainment or services
*Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up
*Meet and exceed guests' expectations by anticipating their required services and suggesting local venues.
*Managing and supervising the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, and other resort staff.
*Creating and maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting financial results.
*Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
*Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel for administrative tasks.
*Possess excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi(Moderate), and Tamil(Moderate)
- Two wheeler is a must.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
