**Job Objective**
- We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can interpret business requirements and take our creative to a new level as we continue to grow.
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion would be the primary objective for this role.
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- Work with the team and create finished artworks for a range of online and offline branding, marketing, and communication materials such as packaging, brochures, event collaterals,

presentations, social media & website creatives, etc.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Produce promotional materials by developing basic presentation approaches and directing layout, design, and copywriting.
- Develop marketing strategies by examining objectives and planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, online and offline marketing, and advertising.
- Monitor, revise, and improve marketing plan and quality results by studying creative processes, analyzing campaign results, and implementing necessary changes.
- Define the creative vision for all branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages

**Qualification**
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, visual communication, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
- Proven design experience with a strong portfolio of graphic design and visual communication with respect to branding.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Experience and understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

**Skills**
- Excellent working knowledge of software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and InDesign
- Knowledge of video editing is a bonus.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understand and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understanding offline and print

**Salary**: ₹650,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
