Security specialist performs cybersecurity threat and vulnerability analysis, risk assessments, and compliance gap assessments against various frameworks. Security specialist monitors stakeholder needs actively and develops and maintains security awareness program accordingly. Specialist conducts security incident response and further supports in related recovery activities. She or he applies relevant frameworks, standards, and processes, and continuously develops the internal standards and guidelines.

Main general responsibilities
- Provide expertise and guidance on a specific cybersecurity field
- Perform cybersecurity threat and vulnerability analysis, capability maturity assessments, risk assessments and compliance gap assessments against various frameworks
- Provide support for the development of KONE’s security management system, control catalog and related security standards, processes, and guidelines
- Monitor stakeholder needs, develop, and execute global cybersecurity awareness program
- Collaborate regularly and timely within the Cybersecurity team as well as with stakeholders from other KONE teams, including KTI, Sourcing, Legal, Business lines and frontlines
- Support stakeholders in understanding security requirements and formulating those into actionable items

Specific responsibilities
- Adoption and creation of Ways of Working to fulfill the requirements and activities on above
- Work with cybersecurity team to identify active vulnerabilities and their mitigation
