Admin Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and walk-ins; direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them as needed, and manage general inquiries.
- Arrange refreshments for visitors and meeting participants.
- Provide facilities support for employees, including tea, coffee, and office supplies.
- Oversee vendor management and housekeeping team attendance.
- Ensure office hygiene standards are maintained and respond to related queries.
- Maintain records of services, including pest control, office supplies, and equipment.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Address any admin-related queries raised by employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
- 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or similar role, preferably in an IT organization.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Interest in IT sales and marketing is a plus.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
