**About the team**

Supporting IBM Mainframes Storage for Internal & Commercial Customers with Onshore and Offshore presence.

**What you will be doing**
- Provides technical support activities for a production mainframe environment of multiple LPARs, CECs, DASD and VTS controllers
- Analyzes, support and provide resolution for the following: Incidents, Tasks, Changes, DR Tests, and Projects
- Team Collaboration - Representing MF Changes, Daily Operations Review, Client-Customer Meetings
- Daily MF Storage Health Checks and Team Governance for Proactive avoidance of Issues-Problems
- Planning and Implementing Business Continuity Support during Environmental Crisis
- Mentoring, Shadowing, Technical assessments for L1. L2. L3 resources
- KB article building
- Vendor communication and coordination for problem solving with SSRs and vendor case management
- Client Value Creation through; Automation, Risk Mitigation, Service Quality Improvement
- Creates and maintain complete documentation as it relates to the status of storage and productivity tools
- Provide 24x7 On-call and Adhoc Support. SLA Governance. Handle Sev1/2/3/4 Issues
