- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve overall sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
