Design Enginner

**We are looking for a Design Engineer who can**:

- Develop and enhance new and current circuit solutions to meet the company's goals
- Analyze and respond to issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution
- Develop and maintain relations with other departments throughout different phases of product development
- Suggest modifications to develop and design to enhance quality
- Develop technical construction specifications
- Review designs development for conformance with applicable codes, utilizing engineering standards along with good engineering practices
- Coordinate engineering design team activities, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Support electrical control panel production to ensure optimal performance
- Undertake research to remain up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that project needs are met
- Recommend modifications for systems to improve their performance and efficiency
- Travel to work sites to gain a better understanding of the project and to oversee its implementation
- Define design approach for new product and platforms and generate design specifications
- Support current platforms with enhancements and improvements where needed
- Adhere to best practices for documentation and version control
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in circuit design and development
- Strong knowledge of circuit design software, such as Eagle PCB Design or Altium Designer
- Experience in designing with microcontrollers, such as PIC or Atmel AVR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex circuit design issues

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
