**Position Overview**: The Plant Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care, first aid, and health support services to employees at our plant facility. They will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring prompt response to medical emergencies, and offering preventive healthcare measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries, accidents, or illnesses within the plant premises.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses promptly, and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all plant employees.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunizations to promote preventive healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to identify workplace hazards and implement measures to mitigate health risks.
- Educate employees on health and safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, ergonomic practices, and personal protective equipment usage.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability for emergency situations.
- Participate in health promotion programs and initiatives to foster a culture of wellness among employees.
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices, regulations, and guidelines relevant to occupational health and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, first aid techniques, and basic life support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
- CPR certification and additional training in occupational health and safety are desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
