- Good Understanding of Network Firewalls Cisco ASA and Palo Alto NGFW.
- Managing and support activities network Firewall and Network Security and Policies.
- Adhere to ITIL change management processes and procedures for implementing changes to the Network infrastructure, ensuring no disruption to business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Firewall Change configurations & procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including system administrators and Change requesters.
