Ice Cream Maker

An Ice Cream Maker is responsible for creating and producing a variety of ice cream flavors and products. They follow recipes, operate ice cream-making equipment, and ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to create ice cream bases.
- Operate ice cream-making equipment, such as churns, mixers, and freezers.
- Monitor the consistency and texture of the ice cream during the production process.
- Add flavorings, mix-ins, and toppings to the ice cream as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized before and after use.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and order new stock as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards at all times.
- Package and label finished ice cream products for sale or distribution.
- Keep work area clean and organized.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food production, preferably in ice cream making.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality ice cream products.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (ingredients, containers, etc.).
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Physical Demands**:

- This role may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Working in a cold environment (ice cream production area).

**Work Environment**:

- Ice cream production facility or kitchen.
- Fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
