Position : PLC Engineer - Weld Shop Maintenance

**Location : Hosur**

**Food will be provided during working**

**Temporary accomodation for 1 - 2 months will be provided.**

1. Perform Work allocated by Engineers / Section Manager

2.Supporting Production to achieve on their production targets

3.Upkeeping of Machines

4.Implement Countermeasures for Breakdown

5.Implement Countermeasures for Safety Related Issues

6.Perform Planned Maintenance Activities

7.Update documents (Log/History Card/etc)

8.Implement 5S

9.Implement Kaizen / QC

10.Implement Suggestion

**Qualification and Job Specification**

1. Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics

2.**Weld Shop Experience** is must

Manual Spot Welding Machines - Nash (IT & Non IT Guns)

Manual Mig Welding Machines - ESAB

Servo S**pot Welding Guns** (OBARA)

3.Able to Understand Machine Technically

4.Able to Attend Breakdown Independently

5. Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in Spot Welding Robots **(KUKA)**

6. Knowledge in **welding Power source (Obara).**

7. Knowledge in W**elding Controller (Nash / Bosch / Martin)**

8. Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in **PLC (Allen Bradley / Siemens).**

9. Well versed in **Siemens TIA 1500**

10. Support PLC program Modifications as when required.
