**Role Overview**:
As a Designer Intern in our R&D department, you'll play a vital role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing products that epitomize mínimalistic aesthetics while sparking excitement in our target market. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to visually compelling and user-centric designs, ensuring our products align with our brand vision and meet market needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the R&D team to understand project requirements and goals.
- Assist in creating innovative design solutions that balance mínimalism with an exhilarating appeal.
- Develop high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and visual assets.
- Iterate and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, incorporating user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure design integrity throughout the product development lifecycle.

**What we expect from**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create sleek, mínimalist designs that captivate and excite.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or similar Tool.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, a passion for learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of R&D processes and experience in designing for R&D projects is another advantage.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
