Plant Operations
- Monitor implementation of SOPs on shop floor
- Maintain process parameters through DCS and on field to meet quality and production targets
- Implement corrective actions if any deviations are observed in the parameters. Coordinate with respective Section Heads for further actions for major issues observed
- Monitor the plant operations through close supervision on shop floor and report observations to respective Section Heads
- Prepare production report on a daily basis and update in SAP PP. Communicate important production and quality parameters to respective Section Heads
- Monitor proper following of maintenance schedules

Shop floor Management
- Supervise the operators and the activities on shop floor, including proper following of shift schedule and timely housekeeping of the area
- Inform FLO IR about disciplinary issues
- Provide shop floor training to operators

Safety
- Create awareness about safety norms amongst operators and ensure that the operators comply with the norms
- Issue work permit for non-routine jobs, mentioning the safety requirements for that job
- Report safety incidents to respective Section Head

Inventory Management
- Monitor product loss and waste generation. Inform SH and take corrective actions.
- Inform SH if any material needs to be procured

**Qualifications**:
DXPF3.Bachelor of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-5 Years
