Center manager

Accountable for overall centre monitoring and quality processes
- Responsible for achieving the yearly qualitative and quantitative target.
- Responsible for meeting the center targets for training numbers as per the training calendar
- LocaI market scan for identifying opportunities for placing youth in existing / new companies
- Ensuring Placement of trained youth within assigned timelines in companies and also generate self-employment opportunities
- Support implementation of the program at the field level
- Organize/ Attend job fairs and other events
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a Daily/Weekly/ Monthly basis
- From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role
- Developing plans for the centre’s progress and growth
- Establishing new training centres in the region by analysing the potential of the cities.
- Co-ordinating and representing Youth4Jobs with partners like NGO’s, Govt Bodies and corporates.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
